How to Hydrate & Feed Your Hair

Your hair is a living organism. So you have to hydrate and feed it just like a plant. Add these foods to your diet and watch your hair grow healthy and strong.

AVOCADO: They are high in vitamins B & E which both help protect and strengthen hair. Vitamin B is essential for hair growth and Vitamin E repairs damaged scalp which can often prevent hair from growing.

WATER: Our body is made up of 60% to 80% water. If we do not get the proper amount of water, the cells that control hair growth are unable to function properly. Hair becomes deficient, the scalp becomes dry and hair loss may also occur. Water is absorbed through the root , then passes through to the hair. This hydrates the hair and enhances luster, shine and growth.

PROTEIN: Almonds, Walnuts, Chicken and Eggs are just a few examples of protein that serve as great sources of Biotin (B-Complex Vitamin).

Biotin deficiency is associated with hair loss. So pack your diet full of these foods to increase hair growth.

The moral of the story is.... Healthy hair starts on the inside. The healthier your body is the more it reflects in your hair.
